Harshith Reddy as Munna

Munna is the emotional centre of Deewana. He begins as an aimless young man whose life revolves around his neighbourhood, his friends and impulsive fights. He becomes fixated on Amulya, but her refusal and the consequences that follow force him to examine what he is doing with his life.

Harshith Reddy has the film’s widest arc to carry. He moves from loud comedy and reckless confidence to embarrassment, heartbreak and a more grounded desire to become dependable. The second half also gives him stronger material with Munna’s parents and friends.

Smeha Manimegalai as Amulya, also called Ammu

Amulya is a government-office employee who immediately recognises that Munna’s attention is not as harmless as he believes. She sets boundaries instead of rewarding his persistence, and her response becomes the turning point that pushes the story beyond a conventional one-sided-love setup.

Smeha Manimegalai plays the character credited as Ammu in some listings and called Amulya in the film’s coverage. She brings firmness to the early confrontations and handles the more emotionally complicated material without reducing Amulya to a simple romantic prize.

Naresh Vijaya Krishna as Sekhar and Jhansi as Munna’s mother

Naresh plays Sekhar, Munna’s father, while Jhansi plays Munna’s mother. The mother’s personal name has not been consistently published in reliable cast listings. Their importance grows as Munna starts to understand the cost of his irresponsibility and the pressures carried by his family.

The father-son thread becomes one of the film’s stronger emotional anchors, while the family scenes help turn the romance into a broader coming-of-age story. Jhansi’s role is therefore identified by her family relationship rather than an unsupported personal name.

Narsing Wadekar as Vikram and Tony as Munna’s friend

Munna’s two closest friends are not decorative comic sidekicks. They share his chaotic neighbourhood life, challenge him when necessary and make sacrifices that matter to his eventual growth. Narsing Wadekar plays Vikram, a mapping supported by his Deewana interview, while Tony is confirmed as one of Munna’s friends.

The film also names Sai among Munna’s friends, but currently available public credits do not reliably establish that Tony plays Sai. His individual character name therefore remains unassigned. Their chemistry with Harshith Reddy gives the movie some of its lighter stretches and supports the more earnest second-half drama.

Venu Yeldandi, Raghu Karumanchi and the supporting cast

Venu Yeldandi appears in a brief special role, while Raghu Karumanchi is part of the supporting ensemble. Character names for these two performances have not been reliably announced, so they remain unassigned here.

Other credited performers include Nalla Sreedhar Reddy Gabbar as a police officer, Vishnu Sagaram as a MeeSeva customer, Meesam Suresh as one of Don Chintu’s associates, and Sindhu Katike. These are smaller parts around Munna’s neighbourhood and work-related journey rather than members of the central romantic triangle.
