Ella Rubin as Annie Jacobson
Annie is a 17-year-old New Yorker raised by her adoptive father alongside her twin brother. An inheritance from the estranged grandfather she was never allowed to meet sends her to a remote island in Canada. Her need for answers makes her the audience’s way into the family’s concealed past.
Ella Rubin takes the central role after appearances in The Idea of You and Anora. Here, she balances Annie’s open curiosity with the emotional shock of learning that her family story is much larger than she believed.
Amélie Hoeferle as Ramona
Ramona is the sister Annie never knew existed. She is already rooted in the island world that Annie enters, and the trailer makes their first contact deliberately awkward. Ramona’s resistance gives the new relationship friction before the pair can begin untangling what their family kept from them.
Amélie Hoeferle previously appeared in The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. Sterling Point places her opposite Rubin at the heart of the show’s sisterhood story.
Keen Ruffalo as Connor
Connor is Annie’s twin brother, raised with her in New York by Steven. His place in the Jacobson household connects the island mystery to the life Annie thought she understood before the inheritance arrived.
Jacob Whiteduck-Lavoie as Ellis
Ellis is part of the young island ensemble Annie meets during her summer in Canada. Jacob Whiteduck-Lavoie joins the main cast in a story where new friendships and romantic possibilities develop alongside the family mystery.
Daniel Quinn-Toye as Rory
Rory is another central member of the island group. Daniel Quinn-Toye’s character is positioned within the friendships and romantic complications that make Annie’s visit more than a search through old family secrets.
Bo Bragason as Oona
Oona belongs to the close-knit social circle Annie enters at Sterling Point. Bo Bragason, known for Renegade Nell and The Radleys, rounds out the six-person principal young cast.
The adults in Annie’s family story
Jay Duplass plays Steven, the adoptive father who raised Annie and Connor in New York. His reluctance to explain the estranged grandfather or the Canadian island leaves Annie to investigate the missing parts herself.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan appears as Joe, while Missi Pyle plays Denise Ballantine. The recurring adult ensemble also includes Elle-Máijá Tailfeathers as Kate. Their characters sit closer to the older generation and the history Annie is trying to uncover.
Who else is in the Sterling Point cast?
Mabel Strachan plays Maple and Nikko Angelo Hinayo plays Sully. The wider credited ensemble also includes Siddharth Sharma as Lincoln and Getenesh Berhe as Marjorie. Exact story details for several supporting characters remain under wraps before the premiere.
Who created Sterling Point?
Megan Park created the series and serves as a director, executive producer and co-showrunner. Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage also serve as executive producers and co-showrunners. The combination signals a character-first teen drama where family secrets, romance and a strong sense of place are designed to move together.
