Samuthirakani as Naidu
Samuthirakani plays Naidu, the most powerful man in the fictional port town of Isakapatnam. The trailer positions him as someone who has climbed from outsider status into a feared local empire built on port politics, crime and hard control.
That makes Naidu the pressure point of the series. He is not just another gangster figure. He is the man everyone seems to be reacting to, resisting or circling around.
Aishwarya Rajesh as Bharati
Aishwarya Rajesh plays Bharati, Naidu’s daughter. Her role appears central because the story is not only about enemies coming from outside Naidu’s world. The biggest crack in his control begins inside his own family.
Bharati is framed as a woman who refuses to be shaped only by the violence and power games around her. That father-daughter conflict is the emotional hook that gives Isakapatnam more bite than a regular crime setup.
Sunil Varma, Naresh Agastya and Merin Philip
Sunil Varma, Naresh Agastya and Merin Philip are part of the main ensemble. Prime Video’s first-look material places them around the central clash, but the exact public character breakdown for every supporting role is still limited.
That is why the safest way to read the cast right now is simple: Samuthirakani and Aishwarya Rajesh carry the core father-daughter power conflict, while the wider ensemble builds the political, criminal and revenge-driven world around them.
Rest of the Isakapatnam supporting cast
The supporting lineup includes Sudhakar Komakula, Rajiv Kanakala, Mime Gopi, Rohini and Raja Chembolu. The official first-look description also frames the story around three forces: a woman driven by justice, a henchman torn by loyalty and a common man hungry for revenge.
Those pieces suggest a dense crime-drama ensemble rather than a two-character story. The fun will be in watching how each side of the town either protects Naidu’s rule or tries to pull it down.
